BARBER TRACT NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION
The Barber Tract neighborhood runs southbound between Marine Street and
Westbourne Street, and westbound from La Jolla Boulevard to the Pacific.
The BTNA was founded in 1989 and recently incorporated as a California nonprofit corporation. Its main objectives include fostering friendships within the community and hosting events and social gatherings throughout the year like the annual
Fourth of July Block Party and the Oktoberfest.
We also look not only to maintain, but to continually improve the Barber Tract via feedback from the membership. As a nonprofit organization, BTNA is run and
managed by its Board of Directors and funded by its members’ dues.
